Liability Waiver (Peterborough Swim Club)

I hereby waive, release and forever discharge the Peterborough Swim Club, its directors, officers, coaches, employees, volunteers, agents, supervisors, team administrators and other representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions or rights for damages, injury, loss to person or property that may be sustained or occur as a result of participation in Peterborough Swim Club activities, including training sessions, swim meets, competitions, events and other scheduled team activities, whether or not such damages, injury or loss is caused or contributed to by negligence.

I acknowledge that I, and/or my child(ren), am/are physically fit and capable of participating in the activities of the Peterborough Swim Club. I understand that participation in swimming and related activities involves inherent risks, and I voluntarily assume those risks on behalf of myself and/or my child(ren).

By registering myself or my child(ren) with the Peterborough Swim Club, I agree to participate, or allow my child(ren) and family members to participate, in Peterborough Swim Club activities. I hereby release the Peterborough Swim Club and its directors, officers, coaches, employees, volunteers, agents, supervisors, team administrators and other representatives from liability for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to myself, my child(ren) or participating family members while participating in Peterborough Swim Club activities, including travel to and from training sessions, swim meets, competitions, events or other scheduled team activities.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Peterborough Swim Club and its directors, officers, coaches, employees, volunteers, agents, supervisors, team administrators and other representatives from any and all liability, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising from personal injury, including injury resulting in death, or damage to property sustained by myself, my child(ren) or participating family members in connection with participation in Peterborough Swim Club activities.
