Photo and Video Consent

The Peterborough Swim Club may take photographs and/or video recordings during Club activities, including practices, competitions, travel, meetings, fundraising activities, and Club-organized social events, for the purposes of documenting and promoting the Club and its programs.

By providing consent through this registration, I grant the Peterborough Swim Club and its authorized representatives permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and display photographs and video recordings of myself and/or my child participating in Club activities, including images in which I and/or my child appear as part of a group, together with the participant's name where appropriate, in print, on the Club's website, social media platforms, newsletters, promotional materials, and other internal or external Club communications.

I understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of these photographs or video recordings and that all such materials remain the property of the Peterborough Swim Club.

I understand that I may decline or withdraw this consent by selecting the appropriate option during registration or by providing written notice to the Peterborough Swim Club. Every reasonable effort will be made to respect my decision; however, I acknowledge that it may not be possible to remove or recall photographs or video recordings that have already been published or distributed prior to the withdrawal of consent.
